Job Profile :
Oversee and manage daily branch operations.
Ensure achievement of branch targets and business goals.
Lead, supervise and support branch staff.
Monitor branch performance and prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in gold loan is mandatory.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage branch operations efficiently.
Willingness to take ownership of branch performance
Relevant experience in branch management is preferred.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ernakulam, Kerala
