Experience: Minimum 15 years in Machine Shop/Manufacturing
Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical
Age: 45 years below

Job Responsibilities: **
· Oversee and manage all machine shop operations efficiently.
· Well-versed in CNC, VMC, Turn mill programming, machine settings, and operations.
· Knowledge of cold forging processes is mandatory.
· Ensure production planning and control (PPC) is executed accurately.
· Maintain high-quality standards across all operations.
· Manage factory operations including manpower allocation and supervision.
· Implement safety measures, process improvements, and cost control initiatives.
Key Skills & Requirements: **
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent understanding of production processes and machinery.
· Ability to handle labour and manpower effectively.
· Problem-solving and decision-making skills for smooth factory operations.
Benefits:
