As a
Manager – Financial Control, you’ll play a key role in shaping and improving cost accounting processes across a multinational organization. This is an opportunity to combine technical accounting expertise with process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and transformation initiatives. You’ll work closely with global finance leaders, influence result-driving, and help deliver greater efficiency and control across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive cost accounting activities for non-payroll and third-party costs across the group
- Take care of transfer pricing and intercompany accounting processes
- Oversee accrual, prepayment, tax, fixed asset and intangible asset reconciliations
- Deliver insightful P&L and balance sheet analysis to help business decisions
- Drive finance process improvements and help systems transformation initiatives
- Partner with Finance, FP&A, Procurement and Tax teams globally
- Coordinate cost-related audit activities and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team based in India
What We Are Looking For From You
Essential
- CA or ACCA qualified accountant
- International accounting experience in multinational organisations
- Strong financial control and technical accounting expertise
- Experience leading teams and process improvement initiatives
Desirable
- Knowledge of IFRS and statutory compliance requirements
- Experience managing finance transformation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Comfortable working across multiple global business units
