Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to manage and support core HR functions including recruitment, employee management, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle day-to-day HR activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Support payroll coordination and HR documentation
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR-related MIS data
- Coordinate with different departments regarding employee-related matters
- Support employee engagement and workplace initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resource Management or relevant qualification
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Added Advantage
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in Zoho People / Zoho HRM software will be an added advantage

- Candidates with experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee management
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
