Key Responsibilities
- Food Industry—Retail, Wholesale, Production, FMCG, and QSR Industry candidates can apply.
- Supervise daily branch/store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Support the Branch Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with the production unit.
- Maintain product freshness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and company quality standards.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily transaction accuracy.
- Assist in preparing daily sales, stock, and wastage reports.
- Conduct regular stock checks and support stock audit activities.
- Ensure proper product packaging, labeling, and display as per company guidelines.
- Maintain branch cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
- Train and guide staff on operational procedures and customer service practices.
- Assist in staff scheduling and attendance monitoring.
- Support new employee onboarding and product knowledge training.
- Coordinate with Branch Manager regarding operational issues and performance updates.
- Monitor equipment, freezers, and display counters for proper functioning.
- Implement measures to minimize product wastage and control operational costs.
- Ensure readiness during festive seasons and high customer traffic periods.
- Foster teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.
- Uphold the brand image and company values at all times.
- Assist management during audits, inspections, and branch reviews.
