Role Accountabilities:
o Coordinate import and export shipments, including documentation.
o Track and monitor shipment status end-to-end, and take immediate action on any delays, escalations, or bottlenecks.
o Ensure all inbound shipments match the purchase order (PO) terms in quantity, quality, and delivery timelines.
o Collaborate with the finance team to confirm payment of import duties, shipping fees, and other transactional costs.
o Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any delays promptly.
o Collaborate with the finance team to verify payments for duties, tariffs, and shipping fees.
o Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure goods are ready for shipment.
o Maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers to ensure reliable service.
o Assist in resolving disputes with customs or shipping providers promptly.
o Coordinate with the marketing team to understand demand and order the necessary.
o Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to forecast demand and ensure timely ordering of required inventory.
o Handle local purchase coordination, including vendor follow-ups, dispatch confirmation, and delivery reconciliation.
o Take ownership of quality issue escalations, manage vendor discussions, and process claims for replacements or penalties.
o Coordinate with direct USD buyers for documentation, compliance, and smooth fulfillment of export orders.
o Manage and coordinate the top management’s sales orders, returns, complaints, payment collection, etc.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
