Job Summary
Network Operation Center
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks across multi-site enterprise environments.\\r\\nManage and support Cisco, Juniper networking platforms, including switches, routers, wireless controllers, and access points.\\r\\nConfigure ,support and optimize F5 Load balancers/ Application delivery Controllers including VIP creation, SSL offloading, health monitoring and traffic steering policies.\\r\\nConduct wireless site surveys and performance assessments\\r\\nPerform RF analysis, antenna planning, and Wi-Fi optimization (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax).\\r\\nMonitor network performance and support incident/problem resolution to ensure maximum uptime.\\r\\nMaintain and update network documentation, topology diagrams, and configuration standards.\\r\\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers to support project and operational goals.\\r\\nAdminister and support Infoblox DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM) environments including IP space management , DHCP scopes, DNS zones and grid management
Skill Requirements
Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching technologies including: \\r\\nVLANs, VTP, STP, CDP, EtherChannel, Subnetting, Trunking\\r\\nIPv4 / IPv6 Addressing, GRE Tunnels, Access Lists, NAT\\r\\nHSRP, VRRP, GLBP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, BGP\\r\\nHands-on experience with: \\r\\nCisco network devices & Cisco Prime\\r\\nJuniper QFX/EX switches & Juniper Mist portal/APs\\r\\nWireless platforms\\r\\nPalo Alto/ Juniper SRX Firewalls\\r\\nCisco ISE for endpoint control & NAC\\r\\nWi-Fi Analyzers / Spectrum Analyzers\\r\\nStrong understanding of 802.11 and 802.3 network protocols.\\r\\nStrong RF fundamentals and wireless infrastructure planning.
Other Requirements
CCNP Enterprise (or equivalent experience)\\r\\nCCNA Routing & Switching\\r\\nCWNA – Certified Wireless Network Administrator\\r\\nCWDP – Certified Wireless Design Professional
