Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and highly connected Event Sales Manager-MICE with 7–10 years of experience in corporate event sales and execution. The candidate must have a proven track record of generating business, managing key corporate accounts, and handling end-to-end event execution.
The ideal candidate should possess an active network of corporate clients and be capable of independently bringing business opportunities while ensuring successful delivery of events from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities :
1) Minimum 7–10 years of experience in MICE, event management, exhibitions, conferences, or corporate events.
2) Must have an existing portfolio of at least 10 active corporate clients/accounts that can generate business opportunities.
3) Strong relationships with decision-makers in HR, Marketing, Procurement, Administration, and Leadership teams.
4) Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate consistent revenue.
Ability to independently handle complete event lifecycle from client acquisition to event closure.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Sales and Business Development
Generate new business opportunities and acquire corporate clients for conferences, exhibitions, dealer meets, product launches, annual meetings, reward & recognition programs, and incentive events.
Leverage existing client relationships to bring immediate business opportunities.
Prepare proposals, presentations, budgets, and commercial negotiations.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Client Management
Maintain and grow relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand client objectives and provide customized event solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
End-to-End Event Management
Handle complete event execution from briefing to post-event closure.
Coordinate with vendors, production teams, venues, travel partners, and internal stakeholders.
Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, branding, fabrication, and on-site operations.
Ensure flawless event delivery and client satisfaction.
Team & Vendor Coordination
Work closely with creative, production, fabrication, printing, branding, and operations teams.
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to maximize profitability.
Supervise on-ground event teams during execution.
