Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Civil Trainer to join our team at CADD Centre. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in civil engineering concepts and CAD/BIM software, along with excellent teaching and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training in Civil Engineering courses.
- Train students and working professionals in software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup ,Revit, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, Primavera, and other relevant tools.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist students with project work and technical queries.
- Maintain attendance records and training reports.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and software versions.
- Support placement activities by conducting mock interviews and technical sessions.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, Civil 3D, or related software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
- Basic knowledge of construction standards and engineering practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- Relevant teaching or industry experience is preferred.
- Certification in CAD/BIM software is an added advantage.

- Able to handle multiple batches efficiently.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
