Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Engineer Trainees to join our team in Kozhikode. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain practical industry exposure in MEP systems, infrastructure projects, and multidisciplinary engineering consultancy services.
Selected candidates will initially undergo internship-based training with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in HVAC system design and MEP engineering activities.
- Support firefighting system design and plumbing design works.
- Assist in pump selection, pump design, and hydraulic calculations.
- Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, architectural, and MEP design teams.
- Assist in site inspections, project monitoring, and execution support activities.
- Support quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and material take-offs.
- Participate in project planning and multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
- Learn relevant industry standards, engineering codes, and design practices.
- Support project documentation and reporting activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MEP systems is preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work on multidisciplinary engineering projects.
- Ability to work in a professional office and site environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, or firefighting systems.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
