CTC: ₹3 LPA + ₹25,000 Relocation Bonus
Approx. In-Hand: ₹19,000/month
Night Shift Allowance: Up to ₹3,000/month
Transport: One-Way Cab Facility
Working: 5 Days | 2 Rotational Offs

ROLE: CUSTOMER SUPPORT – VOICE PROCESS
- Handle customer queries over voice calls
- Understand concerns and provide suitable resolutions
- Maintain clear and professional communication
- Follow process and quality guidelines
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate Fresher
- Good verbal communication skills
- Comfortable handling customer calls
- Willing to work night shifts
- Comfortable relocating to New Town, Kolkata
