Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in web application development
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in developing 5–7 projects from scratch using Laravel
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience
- Proven client handling experience and participation in meetings
- Strong knowledge of Laravel, REST APIs, and MVC architecture
- Excellent database skills (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
Responsibilities:
- Lead Laravel projects from planning to delivery
- Manage and mentor development teams
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements
- Ensure code quality, performance, and timely delivery
Good to Have:
- Git, deployment, and cloud experience
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
