Job Summary
ABIJA EXPORTS (LESPARO) is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Field Sales Assistants to support our sales team in expanding our presence across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have experience in the apparel, garment, or textile industry and be willing to travel extensively to meet customers and promote our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit garment retailers, textile dealers, wholesalers, distributors, and chain stores within the assigned territory.
- Assist in generating new business opportunities and acquiring new customers.
- Promote LESPARO products and communicate product features and benefits.
- Support the Sales Executive in achieving sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain daily visit reports, customer records, and sales activity reports.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-up.
Candidate Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Apparel, Garment, Textile, FMCG, or Retail Sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
