At present every quotation, every BOQ, every vendor price check and every proposal follow-up routes through the Founder. That is a hard ceiling on how fast the business can move. Your job is to take all of it.
You will own quotation turnaround — under 24 working hours on 95% or more of quotes, with zero pricing errors. You will read hardware and networking specifications and build accurate BOQs for servers, workstations, switches, firewalls, CCTV and structured cabling. You will get live pricing from distributors and OEM partners across Cisco, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Hikvision, Sophos, Fortinet, APC and others. You will keep CRM clean, chase every open quote three times inside ten days, and make sure nothing dies of neglect.
You will also supervise the two Inside Sales Executives, acting as the first line of quality control on lead qualification before anything reaches a field executive.
By Month 3, quote approval authority up to ₹1,00,000 will be formally delegated to this role. That is the measure of whether this hire has worked, and it is written into the plan.
Promotion path: Senior Pre-Sales (18 months), Solution Consultant (30 months), Pre-Sales Lead (42 months).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
