Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Meet quality standards and performance targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and customer service procedures.
Requirements:
- Qualification: HSC, Diploma, or Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Tamil, and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
