Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Sales & Interior Designer who can combine strong interior design skills with client handling and sales expertise. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating design concepts, presenting solutions, and converting enquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and project scope.
- Prepare 2D/3D interior designs, layouts, and presentations as per client requirements.
- Handle clients from initial enquiry to final order and project coordination.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, references, architects, contractors, and market visits.
- Present and explain design concepts, product options, materials, and quotations to clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the production, installation, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements when required.
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, and proposals based on project requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and dealers.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design, modular kitchens, furniture, tiles, sanitaryware, and bathware.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and design process.
Pay: ₹30,974.92 - ₹55,550.75 per month
