Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives for our Gurugram office. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
