Job Description
Manage end-to-end Employee Life Cycle (onboarding to exit)
Drive employee engagement and connect initiatives
Handle recruitment of third-party payroll employees
Act as HR SPOC for queries and employee support
Coordinate payroll inputs with the C&B team
Manage exit formalities including interviews & F&F settlements
Prepare HR analytics and reporting using MS Excel
