We are seeking a passionate, qualified, and experienced Cambridge Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the Cambridge International curriculum. The teacher will create an engaging learning environment, support students in achieving strong academic outcomes, and prepare learners effectively for Cambridge assessments and examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective lessons based on Cambridge curriculum frameworks and learning objectives.
- Prepare students for Cambridge IGCSE, AS & A Level, or other relevant Cambridge examinations.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Use student-centred teaching strategies to support different learning abilities and styles.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessment results, and academic performance.
- Encourage critical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and independent learning.
- Establish a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student development.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, school activities, and academic events.
- Stay updated with Cambridge curriculum requirements, assessment standards, and effective teaching practices.
- Open to working using modern teaching methods and AI integration.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed., M.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Relevant teaching experience, preferably with Cambridge International programmes.
- Strong knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum and examination requirements.
- Excellent communication, classroom-management, and organisational skills.
- Ability to use technology and digital learning resources effectively.
- Strong commitment to student learning, safeguarding, and professional development.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
