About the Role
Odd Giraffe is looking for a DTP Designer to manage and prepare print-ready files for production while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across our products. The role involves working closely with our production and operations teams to handle daily print files, make artwork updates, maintain product listings on Shopify, and support the smooth execution of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and prepare print-ready files for production
- Review artwork and perform quality checks before printing
- Make layout, text, image, and formatting adjustments as required
- Ensure files meet print specifications including bleed, margins, resolution, and color requirements
- Manage daily production files and coordinate with the production team
- Upload and maintain products on Shopify
- Update product information, images, collections, and product data
- Perform regular website and catalog hygiene checks
- Support new product launches and catalog updates
- Maintain organized records of artwork, templates, and production files
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in DTP, graphic design, pre-press, or print production
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
- Strong understanding of print production processes and print-ready artwork requirements
- High attention to detail and ability to spot errors before production
- Comfortable working with large volumes of files and repetitive tasks
- Basic understanding of Shopify or willingness to learn
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a printing, publishing, packaging, or personalized products company
- Experience with Shopify product uploads and catalog management
- Familiarity with personalized print products such as photobooks, stationery, invitations, or gifting products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
