Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Greet visitors, contractors, and Vendors and notifying to the right person about guest arrival.
- Communication: Operate multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and manage company emails.
- Administrative Support: Support staff with scanning, filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings also day to day bill details to be maintained and forward to accounts department for payment
- Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier packages, including construction drawings and site materials.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain a tidy reception area, manage conference room bookings, and order office supplies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
