Key Responsibilities - Handle customer enquiries and provide clear information about available tuition courses. - Build relationships with parents and students and maintain regular follow-ups. - Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. - Convert leads into successful sales. - Handle customer queries, objections, and rejection professionally. - Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Coordinate with the team for smooth customer service. - Prepare and submit regular sales updates and reports. Requirements - Qualification: +2 / Bachelor’s Degree - Age: 20–35 years - Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
