1. Develop and implement production plans to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing of battery packs.
2. Lead and manage a team of production staff to achieve production targets and maintain high quality standards.

4. Oversee battery pack testing processes to ensure products meet safety and performance standards.
5. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency.
6. Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all staff.
