KRA :
Revenue and Occupancy Optimization
- Achieve monthly and yearly room nights and RevPAR targets.
- Push dynamic pricing strategies across platforms in coordination with revenue management.
- Drive high-margin direct bookings to reduce high OTA commission costs.
- Promote room upgrades, meal packages, and add-on services
OTA and Channel Management
- Manage daily extranet operations for major OTAs (e.g., Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda , Expedia ).
- Maintain strict rate parity and consistent content across all digital channels.
- Monitor channel manager sync health to prevent overbookings or closed-out errors.
- Analyze channel production reports to evaluate ROI on specific marketing
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
