Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by converting leads into customers. Your primary responsibility will be to educate potential investors about our fractional real estate offerings, build trust, and guide them through the investment process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management:
- Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Qualify leads to identify high-potential investors.
2. Sales Execution:
- Conduct consultative sales calls to explain the benefits of fractional real estate ownership.
- Provide tailored solutions based on client needs and investment goals.
- Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to nurture prospects and close deals.
3. Relationship Building:
- Build long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and investment advice.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients feel confident in their investment decisions.
4. CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Track progress against sales targets and KPIs.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and excellent customer experience.
- Provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement in sales strategies and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, real estate sales, or investment advisory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to simplify complex investment concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft, Zoho) and MS Office Suite.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Optional: Certifications in sales, real estate, or investment advisory (e.g., NISM, RERA certification).
