- Greeting and assisting customers: Welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing guidance throughout the repair process.
- Damage assessment: Inspecting vehicles to accurately assess the extent of damage and identify necessary repairs.
- Preparing estimates: Creating detailed repair estimates, including labor costs, parts, and insurance claims.
- Communicating with customers: Keeping customers informed about the repair progress, answering questions, and addressing concerns.

- Interact with customers and understand vehicle repair requirements
- Inspect vehicle damage and prepare cost estimates
- Coordinate with technicians for accurate diagnosis and repairs
- Liaise with insurance companies for claim processing and approvals
- Schedule and monitor repair work to ensure timely delivery
- Provide regular updates to customers on repair status
- Ensure quality check before vehicle delivery
- Handle billing, documentation, and service records
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
