Key Responsibilities
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback
- Design, develop, and execute test cases (manual and automated)
- Identify, record, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium/Cypress/Playwright
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman/RestAssured
- Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and improve product quality
- Prepare test plans, test strategies, and test summary reports
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning/estimation
- Ensure test coverage across functional and non-functional requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software testing (manual + automation)
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or similar)
- Experience with programming/scripting languages (Java/Python/JavaScript)
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI)
- Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps)
- Good understanding of test case design techniques
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter)
- Knowledge of database testing (SQL queries)
- ISTQB certification
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
