Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to generate new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with companies across India. This is a commission-based remote role, ideal for professionals who enjoy sales, networking, and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Connect with HR Managers, Founders, Directors, and Business Owners.
- Present RHS recruitment plans and explain our unique plan-based hiring model.
- Schedule and conduct virtual sales meetings.
- Convert prospects into paying clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team after client onboarding.
- Maintain sales pipeline and update lead status regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in B2B sales, recruitment sales, HR services, SaaS, or business development is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools.
Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based
- Recurring monthly commission for as long as the client continues their recruitment plan with RHS.
- No earning limit—higher sales result in higher recurring income.
- Performance-based incentives may be introduced based on business growth.

Pay: Up to ₹72,475.90 per month
