Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify franchise sales leads through various channels.
- Contact prospective franchise investors via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Conduct franchise presentations and explain the business model, investment, and benefits.
- Follow up with interested prospects and guide them through the sales process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and franchise onboarding.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with franchise partners.
- Attend exhibitions, seminars, and business networking events to generate new opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Required Skills & Qualification
- 1–3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
