· We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager OR Channel partner -sales to join our sales team
· The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to lead a team to achieve sales targets
Channel Partner
- Develop, appoint, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, real estate brokers, property consultants, and referral agents.
- Expand the channel partner network to generate qualified leads and increase project visibility.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and training sessions for channel partners regarding project features, pricing, and sales strategies.
- Motivate and support channel partners to maximize lead generation and conversions.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales of flats, apartments, and residential projects through direct and indirect sales channels.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Convert inquiries and leads into successful bookings through effective follow-up and customer engagement.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and property demonstrations for prospective buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and market outreach activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in real estate, construction, property sales, or channel partner sales.
- Proven experience in selling flats, apartments, villas, or residential projects.
- Strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle and property market dynamics.
