Job Description: Software Engineer – Kore.ai Platform & Chatbot Development

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days (Currently Not Working / Serving Notice)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with hands-on expertise in Kore.ai platform and conversational AI development. The ideal candidate is Kore.ai certified, has 4–5 years of relevant experience, and is not currently employed (immediate joiners preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent virtual assistants and chatbots on the Kore.ai platform
- Build and configure dialog tasks, intent models, entities, and NLP training data
- Integrate bots with enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, ITSM (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, etc.) via APIs and webhooks
- Develop custom JavaScript/Node.js logic within Kore.ai's Bot Builder
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into conversational flows
- Optimize NLP models for better intent recognition and entity extraction
- Perform unit testing, UAT support, and post-deployment monitoring of bots
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in software development with minimum 2–3 years on Kore.ai platform
- Kore.ai Certification is mandatory (Kore.ai Certified Developer / Professional)
- Strong knowledge of Kore.ai Bot Builder – Dialog Tasks, FAQs, Small Talk, Flows
- Proficiency in JavaScript / Node.js for bot scripting and service calls
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks for third-party integrations
- Understanding of NLP/NLU concepts – intent, entity, utterance training
- Familiarity with Omnichannel deployment (Web, MS Teams, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology
Good to Have
- Experience with Kore.ai XO Platform (v10 or above)
- Exposure to Python, Java, or Angular/React
- Knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP cloud services
- Prior experience in BFSI, Healthcare, or Retail domain chatbot projects

- Kore.ai Certified (mandatory)
- 4–5 years of total experience
- Currently not working (immediate or max 30-day joiner)
- Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate immediately
Education
B.E. / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
Pay: ₹368,975.48 - ₹1,589,496.98 per year
