A primary school teacher plans and delivers engaging lessons to young learners, helping them build foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and other core subjects. They create a safe, supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and positive behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Lesson Planning & Delivery
- Prepare and teach lessons in subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies
- Use creative teaching methods (games, storytelling, activities) to engage students
- Adapt lessons to meet different learning abilities
- Student Development
- Support students’ intellectual, emotional, and social growth
- Encourage positive behavior and classroom discipline
- Identify students who need extra support or enrichment
- Assessment & Progress Tracking
- Assess and record students’ progress through tests, assignments, and observations
- Provide feedback to students and parents
- Maintain accurate academic records
- Classroom Management
- Create a structured and inclusive learning environment
- Manage classroom behavior effectively
- Ensure student safety and well-being
- Communication
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events
- Collaborate with colleagues and school staff
- Administrative Duties
- Prepare reports and maintain records
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions
- Follow school policies and curriculum guidelines

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
