Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Commissioning: Execute successful on-site erection, installation, testing, and trial runs of packaging, filling, labeling, and processing machinery at client plants.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults promptly to minimize equipment downtime. Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance visits.
- Customer Training: Provide comprehensive operational and basic troubleshooting training to client operators and technicians during machine handovers.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed service reports, installation reports (FAT/SAT), and feedback forms after every site visit, ensuring proper sign-offs from clients.
- Spare Parts Support: Coordinate with the internal spare parts and sales teams to identify replacement requirements and assist clients with critical spare recommendations.
- In-House Support: Provide technical assistance and telephonic/remote troubleshooting to clients when stationed at the factory or office.
Profile & Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in field service, maintenance, or commissioning within the Industrial Machinery, Packaging, or Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Location & Travel: Based in Ahmedabad, with a high willingness to travel extensively (both domestic and international) on short notice.
Skills Required:
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical assemblies, pneumatics, and basic PLC/electrical control panels.
- Excellent problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to handle client interactions professionally.
- Valid passport and readiness for travel are mandatory.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
