We work with brands across multiple industries and are looking for an HR Operations Intern to support our growing team.
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Operations Intern to assist with employee records, attendance management, payroll support, onboarding, and day-to-day HR coordination. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain practical experience in HR operations while working remotely.
Key ResponsibilitiesAttendance & Employee Management
- Maintain daily attendance records and employee trackers
- Monitor leave requests and attendance updates
- Follow up with team members regarding attendance and reporting requirements
Payroll Support
- Maintain attendance data for payroll processing
- Update salary-related records and reports
- Assist in maintaining incentive and reimbursement records
Employee Documentation
- Organize and maintain employee records and documentation
- Ensure employee databases remain updated and accurate
- Collect and verify required employee documents
Onboarding & Coordination
- Assist with onboarding formalities for new employees
- Coordinate with team members regarding HR processes
- Handle routine employee communication and follow-ups
HR Administration
- Maintain HR reports, trackers, and operational records
- Support daily HR and administrative activities
- Assist in creating and updating HR documents and policies
Recruitment Support (When Required)
- Post job openings on hiring platforms
- Screen applications and schedule interviews
- Maintain candidate databases and hiring records
Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing Graduation/MBA (HR preferred)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and laptop/computer access
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of HR operations
- Knowledge of attendance and payroll processes
- Familiarity with recruitment and employee coordination
- Good attention to detail and record management
