Position: Roller Skating Coach
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct roller skating coaching sessions for beginners and intermediate students.
Plan and deliver structured training programs based on skill levels.
Ensure student safety and proper use of skating equipment.
Monitor attendance and track student progress.
Prepare students for assessments, competitions, and events.
Maintain discipline and encourage sportsmanship.
Coordinate with the academy team regarding schedules and student updates.
Requirements:
Experience in roller skating coaching.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching children and athletes.
Certification in roller skating coaching is preferred.
