- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify prospective students and generate new enrollments through calls, presentations, follow-ups, and in-person counseling.
- Counsel prospective students on certification programs and guide them in selecting the most suitable learning path based on their career goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students by providing excellent customer service throughout the admission process.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Academic teams to drive admissions and enhance the overall student experience.
- Generate leads through multiple channels, including online platforms, referrals, events, walk-ins, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage and follow up on leads through CRM and ensure timely communication with prospective students.
- Continuously identify and implement innovative lead generation and student engagement strategies.
- Coordinate and conduct workshops, seminars, webinars, and awareness sessions to increase brand visibility and student enrollments.
- Prepare and share program proposals, course information, and other relevant documents with prospective students and institutional partners.
- Analyze lead and enrollment data to identify trends and improve counseling and conversion strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and maximize lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly enrollment, revenue, and upselling targets while maintaining high standards of student satisfaction.
- Support B2B partnerships by coordinating with colleges, institutions, and corporate organizations for training programs and MoU collaborations.
- Maintain accurate student records, admission documentation, and regular reports as required by the management.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager to support organizational goals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
