Job Summary
Ecostan India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. This is an office-based role responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, preparing quotations, and coordinating with customers throughout the sales process. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international customer inquiries via phone and email
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Prepare quotations and sales proposals
- Coordinate with customers for order processing and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely order execution
- Achieve assigned sales targets
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA in Marketing or International Business will be an added advantage
- 0–1 year of experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply
Required Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
