Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive (Generalist) to manage end-to-end HR operations for our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, statutory compliance support, attendance management, and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee joining formalities, documentation, and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS, and personnel files.
- Monitor daily attendance, leave management, and shift records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance reconciliation, and employee benefits.
- Support statutory compliance activities such as PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, and other labor law requirements.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and grievance handling.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain HR documentation.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee confirmations.
- Handle exit formalities, full & final settlement coordination, and exit interviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Support training and development initiatives for employees.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR Generalist functions.
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and attendance management.
- Familiarity with PF, ESI, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS/ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
Preferred Qualification
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar recruitment.
- Exposure to factory HR operations and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of shift-based workforce management will be an added advantage.
