Job Title: Loan Operations Manager
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Loan Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end loan processing and operations function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing loan documentation, disbursement processes, team performance, compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the loan operations team.
- Oversee loan application processing, verification, documentation, and disbursement.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan files and records.
- Monitor loan processing timelines and service levels.
- Coordinate with sales, credit, and collections teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve operational issues and customer escalations.
- Prepare operational reports and MIS on a regular basis.
- Conduct team training and performance reviews.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3–8 years of experience in loan operations, banking, NBFC, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of loan processing and documentation.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Location: Andheri
Working Schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days a week.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
