Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate–Supply Chain (Outbound Operations) to support day-to-day order fulfillment,
dispatch activities and international export operations.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in coordinating with multiple warehouses, courier partners, logistics aggregators, and international freight forwarders to ensure timely order processing, pickup management, shipment tracking, and successful deliveries.
The candidate will be responsible for managing outbound operations from
order creation to final delivery while ensuring adherence to operational SLAs and customer commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Dispatch Management

Process daily orders and coordinate with warehouses for timely order fulfillment.

Create and monitor dispatch plans to ensure orders are shipped within defined timelines.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues and ensure smooth execution.
Warehouse Coordination
-
Work closely with multiple warehouses and fulfillment centers to manage daily dispatch operations.

Ensure accurate inventory availability and dispatch readiness.

Follow up on pending shipments and resolve warehouse-related operational bottlenecks.
Courier & Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with courier partners and logistics aggregators such as Safe Express, Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, etc. and international freight forwarders / customs brokers.

Schedule pickups and ensure timely first-mile movement of shipments.

Monitor shipment movement and proactively address delays.
Shipment Tracking & Delivery Management

Track shipments from pickup to final delivery.

Manage delivery exceptions, NDRs, reattempts, and escalations.

Coordinate with courier partners to improve delivery success rates and reduce transit delays.
Operational Excellence

Maintain shipment records and operational dashboards.

Ensure adherence to logistics SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs).

Support continuous process improvements to enhance dispatch efficiency and customer experience.
International Export Operations & Query Management

Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all international export inquiries from internal sales and customer success teams.

Provide rapid, accurate, and timely responses to internal stakeholders with shipping quotations, transit timelines, and logistical possibilities, ensuring sales teams can promptly share details with prospective global customers

Proactively research and navigate varying import/export regulations, customs norms, and compliance requirements for different destination countries.

Utilize AI tools (e.g., Gemini) and logistics networks resourcefully to ask the right questions, unearth regulatory answers, and solve cross-border shipping bottlenecks.
Stakeholder Coordination

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Warehouses, and Logistics Partners for smooth order execution.

Provide highly responsive, time-sensitive status updates, quote options, and resolution timelines to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Education
Experience
-
1–3years of experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce operations, or outbound dispatch management.

Experience working with courier aggregators and logistics service providers is preferred.
Required Skills

Good understanding of outbound logistics and order fulfillment processes.

Experience coordinating with multiple warehouses and courier partners.

Familiarity with courier portals, logistics aggregators, and shipment tracking systems.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
