About Us
Bandhan Group is a diversified business group with a strong presence in the iron & steel sector through Sai Infinium Limited. As we embark on our Initial Public Offering (IPO) journey, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Company Secretary to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving the company's transition to a listed entity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end IPO process in coordination with Merchant Bankers, Legal Advisors, Auditors, Registrars, and other intermediaries.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, Listing Regulations, and other applicable corporate laws.
- Handle all pre-IPO, IPO, and post-listing compliance requirements.
- Prepare and finalize Board and Committee Meeting notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes.
- Manage statutory filings with ROC, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, and other regulatory authorities.
- Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, and secretarial documentation.
- Advise senior management on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely implementation across the organization.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI).
- LLB qualification preferred (LLM will be an added advantage).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in IPOs, capital markets, listed company compliances, or corporate secretarial functions.
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements (LODR), and corporate governance practices.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
