Position: Team Leader – Real Estate Sales
Location: Noida Sector-125
Experience: 3+ Years in Real Estate Sales
Industry Preference: Dholera SIR / Plotting / Investment Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets
Generate and close high-value real estate investment deals
Develop strong client relationships and provide investment guidance
Conduct site visits and client presentations for Dholera SIR projects
Create sales strategies and ensure consistent lead conversion
Train and mentor team members for performance improvement
Desired Candidate Profile:
✔ Strong knowledge of Real Estate & Dholera SIR real estate market
✔ Excellent leadership and communication skills
✔ Proven track record in sales closures and team handling
✔ Ability to drive revenue and achieve business goals
✔ Passionate, target-oriented, and self-motivated professional
