About Us:

At Futuristic Labs, we're not just imagining the future; we're actively building it. We're an innovation studio dedicated to enhancing life through technology, crafting products that transform everyday tasks into delightful experiences.

As an HR Intern at Futuristic Labs, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department across various functions, including recruitment and selection, employee onboarding & orientation, HR administration, and maintaining our HR database. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
Conduct job analysis to understand the requirements and responsibilities of different roles within the organization.
Create and update job descriptions to accurately reflect the duties and qualifications for various positions.
Post job openings on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
Support HR administration tasks such as onboarding, employee records management, and HR policy implementation.
Maintain and update the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
Assist in organizing and conducting employee engagement activities and events.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a BBA or MBA with a focus on Human Resources or related fields.
Strong interest in HR functions and a desire to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides. etc) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
