· 3 years of experience in IT/Technology recruitment
· Experience working in Permanent & contract staffing especially in Malaysia market
· Proven work experience as a Recruiter in a consulting/ staffing agency)
· Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
· In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods
· Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
· Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
· Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
· Strong decision-making skill
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
