We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Fitter to assemble mechanical components, machines, and equipment according to engineering drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate should have experience using hand tools, measuring instruments, and assembly techniques while maintaining high-quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical parts, sub-assemblies, and complete machines as per engineering drawings.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments accurately.
- Perform fitting, drilling, tapping, grinding, and alignment of machine components.
- Inspect assembled parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Identify and resolve assembly-related issues during production.
- Maintain production records and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Follow workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean work area.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet production targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
