Job Description:
Sulit Exports is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Export Manager / International Business Development Manager to lead our global business expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying international business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, acquiring overseas buyers and managing export operations from inquiry to shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new international markets for Sulit Exports product portfolio.
- Generate qualified leads and onboard importers, distributors, wholesalers, and retail buyers across global markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
- Prepare export quotations, negotiate pricing and close international sales.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, freight forwarders, customs agents and certification authorities to ensure seamless export operations.
- Represent Sulit Exports at international trade fairs, exhibitions, buyer-seller meets, and virtual business events.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute global B2B outreach campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and shipping requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets while contributing to the company's long-term international growth strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in exports, international sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, customs procedures, logistics, and international trade regulations.
- Experience in the agricultural, food, FMCG, or natural products export industry is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to generate international leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and international B2B platforms.
- Willingness to travel internationally for business meetings and trade exhibitions when required.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
