Job Overview
We are looking for qualified and motivated Physiotherapists who are interested in building their career in Germany. Selected candidates will receive support throughout the German language training and hiring process, with the goal of preparing them for employment in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop appropriate physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide physiotherapy treatments based on individual patient requirements.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation programs.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure professional and patient-focused care in accordance with German healthcare standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Candidates should be willing to relocate to Germany.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn the German language and adapt to the German healthcare environment.
German Language Requirement
German language proficiency up to B1 level is required.
German Language Training
- Online German language classes will be provided.
- Classes will be conducted through an online mode.
- Training will cover the German language up to B1 level.
- Candidates are expected to actively participate in the classes and complete the required language training.
Process Duration
Approximately 10 months
The overall process may include German language training, documentation, qualification recognition, employer coordination, interviews, and other formalities required for employment in Germany.
