Job Summary
The AGM / Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building long-term customer relationships for Tadkeshwar Infra LLP. The incumbent will lead the development and execution of sales strategies, brand positioning, and marketing initiatives targeting key customer segments in the infrastructure and construction materials sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual sales plan to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets across assigned territories and customer segments.
- Identify, pursue, and onboard new business opportunities including institutional clients, government tenders, project developers, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, project consultants, architects, and procurement decision-makers.
- Lead pricing strategy, negotiate commercial terms, and manage order-to-delivery coordination in alignment with production and supply chain teams.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats; provide actionable insights to management.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies including brand campaigns, trade exhibitions, digital presence, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyse sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and territory performance; prepare weekly and monthly sales MIS for review.
- Manage the collections process to ensure outstanding receivables are within approved credit norms.
- Develop and implement channel partner management programmes including appointment, training, and performance review of dealers and distributors.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and field officers to deliver against assigned targets.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the infrastructure, construction materials, or allied manufacturing sector.
- Strong business development and key account management skills.
- In-depth understanding of B2B sales processes, project sales cycles, and government procurement procedures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and MS Office applications.
- Sound knowledge of supply chain coordination, logistics, and credit management.
- Ability to conceptualise and execute marketing campaigns including digital and ATL/BTL initiatives.
- Self-driven, target-oriented professional with strong leadership and team management skills.
