Calendar & Meeting Management
o Coordinating with attendees on meetings and managing meeting calendars
o Following up and scheduling finalized meetings, liaising with stakeholders
o Organizing transportation and taking meeting notes for online meetings
o Liaising with stakeholders
o Flight scheduling & bookings, and hotel reservations
o Organizing airport transfers and restaurant reservations
o Processing invoices, refunds, and reimbursements through ERP platforms
o Coordinating with stakeholders for approvals
o Handling credit card settlements and managing online purchases
o Documenting processes based on preferences and priorities
o Collating reports and entering data into the ERP systems
o Other day-to-day Operational support
Key Competencies
- Graduate/ post-graduation or equiv. qualification
- 2-4 years of experience as executive assistant
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience in client relationship management
- Should be able to work independently with minimal guidance as the job requires working with senior leadership team at the client’s end
- Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.
- Experience ERP tool like Workday, NetSuit, MS Dynamics, etc.
