We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive with a strong background in real estate and plot sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting property projects, coordinating marketing activities, and supporting the sales team in achieving booking and revenue targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing activities for real estate projects.
- Generate leads through various online and offline marketing channels.
- Promote residential plots and property projects to prospective customers.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Handle incoming enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
- Work closely with the telecalling and sales teams to convert leads.
- Organize and coordinate site visits, property events, and promotional activities.
- Develop local marketing initiatives to increase project visibility.
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Maintain lead databases and track marketing performance.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales-support targets.
- Assist in developing marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate marketing is required.
- Experience in plot sales / land sales will be highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate and convert quality leads.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities and site visits.
Salary: ₹15,000 + attractive performance-based incentives.
